Terms of Use
Pre-Order Only
We operate by pre-order only. A new weekly menu is released each Monday at 9:00 AM, and all items are available in limited quantities until sold out. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
Payment
Payment is due at the time your pre-order is placed. Once your payment has been processed, your receipt and the pickup address will be sent to you. We do not accept cash payments.
Pickup
Pre-orders are available for pickup every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the designated pickup window. To keep orders packaged as cottage food products, utensils, plates, and napkins are not provided.
Missed Pickups
Because all products are made to order and perishable, missed pickups are not eligible for a refund, credit, exchange, or remake. Orders not picked up during the designated pickup window will be considered forfeited.
Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Because products are made to order and perishable, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits once payment has been submitted. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an issue on our end, we will contact you directly with a refund or replacement option.
Limited Inventory
All menu items are offered with limited inventory. Once inventory is gone, we are sold out. Submitting an order form does not guarantee availability until payment is received and your order is confirmed.
Texas Cottage Food Law Notice
Products are made in a home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Food Law. Required product information, including product name, business name, address or unique identification number, major allergens, and applicable cottage food disclosures, will be provided before payment is accepted and/or with your order. To keep orders packaged as cottage food products, utensils, plates, and napkins are not provided.
THIS PRODUCT WAS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION.
Pickup Limits
Orders are sold directly to the customer. Cottage food products are available for local pickup only. We do not ship cottage food products.
Allergen Notice
Products are made in a home kitchen that uses common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Major allergens present in each product will be listed as required. Ingredients are purchased from local grocery stores and may be processed or packaged in facilities that also handle allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.
Refrigerated Items
Some products may require refrigeration. For applicable items, safe handling instructions and any required production date information will be provided. Refrigerated items should be kept refrigerated or frozen until ready to consume.
SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: To prevent illness from bacteria, keep this food refrigerated or frozen until the food is prepared for consumption.
Age Requirement
By submitting any form, joining our email list, placing a pre-order, or otherwise using the interactive features of this website, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Agreement to Terms
By placing a pre-order and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Ordering Terms, including the refund policy, pickup policy, cottage food disclosure, allergen notice, and age requirements.
