Storage, Safe Handling & Reheating

 

All instructions below are listed in alphabetical order by product type for easy reference.


Blueberry Pie

Storage: Store covered at room temperature. For best freshness and quality, enjoy within 2 days of bake date. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 1 week. To freeze, wrap the pie tightly and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.

 

Reheating: Enjoy at room temperature, or warm until just heated through for the best flavor and texture. Allow to cool briefly before serving.

~Microwave: Heat a single slice for 20–30 seconds for a softer texture.

~Oven: Heat at 325°F for 10–15 minutes for a freshly baked texture.


Bread Loaves

Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature. For best freshness and quality, enjoy within 3 days of bake date.

 

Reheating: Enjoy at room temperature, or warm until just heated through for the best flavor and texture. Allow to cool briefly before serving.

~Microwave: Heat individual slices for 10–20 seconds for a softer texture.

~Oven: Heat individual slices on a baking sheet at 350°F for 5–8 minutes for a freshly baked texture. To reheat the whole loaf, cover loosely with aluminum foil and heat at 350°F for 10–15 minutes. The aluminum foil will keep it moist.


Brownies
