Required product information, including the product name, business name, address or unique identification number, major allergens, and any applicable safe handling instructions, will be provided before payment is accepted and/or with your order.
Pre-orders are sold directly to the customer and are available for local pickup only. To keep orders packaged as cottage food products, utensils, plates, and napkins are not provided.
Cottage Food Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
All food products are prepared in a private residence operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law and are not prepared in a commercial or licensed food establishment. The production kitchen is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or any local health authority.
By purchasing, accepting, or consuming any products, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

The customer assumes all risks associated with the consumption of these products, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, and improper storage or handling after transfer.

All individuals involved in food preparation hold valid Texas Food Handler Certifications and operate in compliance with all applicable Texas Cottage Food Laws and regulations.

The seller’s responsibility for the product ends upon completion of pickup. The seller assumes no liability for damage, spoilage, contamination, or injury resulting from handling, storage, transport, or consumption after transfer of possession.

By accepting the product, the customer releases and holds harmless the seller from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the purchase or consumption of the product.
This disclaimer is intended to comply with applicable provisions of the Texas Cottage Food Law and shall be interpreted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We believe better ingredients make better bakes. Our treats are made with pasture-raised eggs, organic ingredients when possible, and no added preservatives for a fresh, homemade taste you can feel good about.
Allergen Notice
Our products are made in a home kitchen that uses common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Major allergens present in each product will be listed on the product page, label, receipt, or invoice as required by Texas Cottage Food Law.
Ingredients are purchased from local grocery stores and may be processed, packaged, or distributed in facilities that also handle allergens. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.
Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should review all allergen information carefully before ordering. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you understand the possible risk of allergen cross-contact.
