Texas-sized marshmallows made for campfires and hot chocolate. You know those jumbo marshmallows at the store? Ours make those look like the regular-sized ones. Our oversized marshmallows are big enough to fill your s'more or cover your hot chocolate from rim to rim.
Our Quail Hollow Mallows are made entirely from scratch. We begin by blooming unflavored gelatin in purified water. While it's blooming, we cook granulated sugar, salt, light corn syrup with real vanilla, and purified water to exactly 250°F. The hot sugar syrup is then carefully combined with the bloomed gelatin and whipped until thick, airy, and bright white. The marshmallows set for exactly 6 hours before being cut into Texas-sized squares.
No artificial flavors. No artificial colors. No added preservatives. Many commercial marshmallows contain artificial flavoring, dyes, and processing additives like tetrasodium pyrophosphate. We flavor ours with organic pure vanilla extract, and we achieve our bright white color by whipping our marshmallow mixture until thick and airy. The result is a pillowy, bright-white marshmallow made from scratch without the artificial extras.
