The Quail Valley Bakery Difference
We use premium chocolate. Our fudge is made with organic 55% cacao semi-sweet chocolate, which uses real cocoa butter instead of vegetable oils and contains no soy lecithin. We use organic white chocolate and organic 70% cacao bittersweet chocolate for our finishing drizzles.
We use Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter and organic marshmallow crème. These premium ingredients give our Bonney Briar Fudge its rich flavor and creamy texture.
We toast our organic pecans. Toasting enhances their natural oils and brings out a deeper, nuttier flavor.
We carefully control the cooking and mixing process. We cook our fudge to exactly 238°F, then whip it in our stand mixer to achieve its signature smooth, creamy consistency.
