Product information, including ingredients, major allergens, and any applicable storage or safe handling instructions, is provided before purchase and/or with your order.
Ingredient and allergen information is provided for each product. Customers are responsible for reviewing this information before purchasing or consuming any product. Products are prepared in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common food allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. By purchasing or consuming any product, the customer acknowledges responsibility for determining whether the product is suitable for their dietary needs and food allergies.
Orders are sold directly to the customer and are available for local pickup only. To maintain compliance with Texas Cottage Food Law, products are provided as packaged cottage food products and do not include plates, utensils, or napkins.
Upon pickup, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Quail Valley Bakery is not responsible for product quality, safety, spoilage, contamination, or other issues resulting from improper transportation, storage, handling, or consumption after pickup. Customers are responsible for following all provided storage and handling instructions.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges receipt of this disclosure and agrees to Quail Valley Bakery's policies, including its refund policy and applicable Texas Cottage Food Law disclosures.
All individuals involved in food preparation hold valid Texas Food Handler Certifications and operate in compliance with applicable Texas Cottage Food Laws and regulations.

Allergen Notice
Our products are made in a home kitchen that uses common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Major allergens present in each product will be listed on the product page, label, receipt, or invoice as required by Texas Cottage Food Law.
Ingredients are purchased from local grocery stores and may be processed, packaged, or distributed in facilities that also handle allergens. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens.
Customers with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions should review all allergen information carefully before ordering. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you understand the possible risk of allergen cross-contact.
